The petitioner had been granted interim bail vide order dated 31.3.2016 to watch his conduct. He was granted interim relief subject to the condition that he will not indulge in similar activity during pendency of the trial. It has been informed that he is involved in nine cases. The petition is dismissed. The arrest of the petitioner can be secured by obtaining non bailable warrants against him. Order granting him interim bail is hereby withdrawn. In case the petitioner is in custody in any other case, then it will be open to the prosecution agency to seek his rearrest and production in the present case.
