R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 241 dated 14.11.2014 for offence under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Moga City, District Moga.

In deference to order dated 28.04.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of enquiry report dated 04.02.2014 on the complaint made by the complainant to the police and the said complaint was filed. FIR was registered on the second complaint made by the complainant.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the interim order dated 28.04.2015 is made absolute. Petitioners shall also abide by the restrictions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Allowed in the above terms.
