The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of charge memo along with report of enquiry officer dated 12.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) and consequent proceedings including order of removal from service.

Ms. Shweta Nahata, Sr.Panel Counsel, at the outset, points out that appeal of the petitioner is pending before the Appellate Authority, thus, the present petition is not maintainable. 3.
