(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of male constable in the selection process arising out of 7298 advertised posts of group C in Police department which included 5500 posts of male constable as well as 1100 posts of female constable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after submitting the application form online within the time prescribed, the petitioner has successfully cleared the written test, physical screening test, physical measurement test and also submitted No Objection Certificate in time. In the final list, the name of the POONAM BHATT 2023.06.01 17:10 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:080279 CWP No.12393 of 2023 -2petitioner has not been shown without any justification. The petitioner has already approached the respondent No.2 by way of representation dated 17.04.2023 but no action has been taken by the respondent No.2 so far.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 17.04.2023 is directed to be considered and decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Naveen Singh Panwar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023 shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
