The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondent Nos.2 and 3 to transfer of investigation of FIR No.39 dated 12.03.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 103(1) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Rojka Meo, District Nuh to any other independent police district outside District Nuh (Mewat).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation/application dated 10.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) be decided in a time bound manner.
