On the instructions of ASI Manpreet Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation in the added offence u/s 326 IPC. The injury attracting the provisions of Section 326 IPC is not attributed to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 25.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
