None for the petitioner Mr. N.K.Banka, DAG Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Learned State counsel after getting instructions from SI Jagpal Singh has made statement at the bar that Basha son of Kali Ram, husband of petitioner Reena was earlier involved in a murder case and was on parole. It was during the period of parole, he was caught red handed and narcotics contraband was recovered from him regarding which another FIR bearing No. 121 dated 11.7.2020, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, Police Station Kotakpura has been got registered and in which case he has again been released on bail on 17.8.2020. Thus, in the light of the stand of the State, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of as such.
