Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.87 dated 10.9.2015 registered at PS Singh Bhagwant Pura,Distt.Roopnagar for the offences punishable under Seections 306,506,34 IPC.

Petitioner-accused Amanpreet Kaur is wife of deceased Amandeep Singh who is alleged to have committed suicide on account of harassment meted out by his in-laws including the petitioner-wife. It is contended that except general allegations of harassment there is no incriminating material which would fulfill the ingredients of Section 306 IPC.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 26.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated. CRM-M 6826/2016 in view of allegations especially suicide note. Learned State counsel, on instructions concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and her custodial interrogation is no longer required.
