This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the impugned order dated 24.08.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Rohtak in Criminal Appeal No.36 of 2017 titled as Gagan vs. Dr. Anil Sanghi and another and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled between the parties.
