(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents no. 1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 8 dated 07.02.2014 for offence under Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar City.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vijay Pal states that cancellation report has been prepared and presented before the concerned court.
