Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order, dated 20.04.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner did appear before learned trial Court and was admitted to ad interim bail vide order dated 16.07.2015 and thereafter the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Court below.
