Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the amount payable to the petitioner which is part of the component to be paid by the State of Punjab shall be released to her within two weeks from today.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition, however, in case the respondents fail to abide by their undertaking, the salary of respondent No. 1 to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till compliance is made.
