RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking inherent jurisdiction of this court for appropriate directions to respondents no.2 and 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar-respondent no.2 vide self contained representation dated 2.3.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter and consider the grievance of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

No.M-7996 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Commissioner of Police, Amritsar-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised vide his representation dated 2.3.2015 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
