**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 42 of 26.02.2015, under Section 498-A IPC, registered at P.S. Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the matter between the parties have been compromised. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, order dated 12.01.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the condition that parties shall comply with the terms and condition of the compromise.
