Main case Present petition has been filed against orders dated 11.11.2022 and 14.02.2023 whereby ejectment petition filed under Section 13 of the POOJA SHARMA 2025.03.12 13:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(O&M) Haryana Urban Control of Rent and Eviction Act, 1973 by the respondentlandlord stands allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tenant undertakes to vacate the premises on or before 30th June 2025. Needless to say tenant shall continue to pay user charges by 7th day of every month and shall hand over possession of the demised premises to the landlord on or before 30th June, 2025 as undertaken by his counsel.

In the event of his failure to do so, landlord shall be entitled to move an appropriate application apart from proceeding against the tenant for having committed contempt of the Court.

Revision petition stands disposed off.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed off.
