*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that still FSL report has not been received.

The incomplete challan has been filed without getting the copy of FSL report. Interim order is in favour of the petitioner. Hence the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner on 02.02.2018 shall continue till the receipt of FSL report. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court in case the quantity is commercial and in case, it is non-commercial, interim order will continue. Disposed of accordingly.
