ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.204 dated 07.07.2020 registered under Sections 323, 328, 354, 34 of IPC, at Police Station Gadpuri, District Palwal. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 21.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required. He further submits that even otherwise as per the FSL report, no poisonous substance or contraband was found to have been administered to the complainant.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 21.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
