The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by it for the respondent along with interest @ 12% per annum.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to release payment to the petitioner within three months from today. If payment is not released within aforesaid period, the respondent would be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from the expiry of said period.
