**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana as well as criminal complaint bearing No.COMA/981/2021 dated 19.01.2021 and subsequent proceedings following therefrom.
Learned counsel for respondent at the outset submits that since the cheque in question was drawn on United Bank of India, Durgapur, in relation to a liability arising out loan agreements bearing No.CE619970 and CE620519 dated 03.02.2018 granted in favour of the petitioner by Kotak Mahindra Bank Durgapur Branch, City Center, Recol Park 713216 West Bengal, and the respondent would be moving an application for seeking the complaints transferred at Durgapur. On instructions, learned counsel for respondent points out that appropriate application shall be presented before the Court at Ludhiana within a period of 7 days from today for the abovementioned purpose.
In view thereof, the petitioner does not press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
