Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 06.08.2020 passed by the Single Bench. Grievance of the appellant, who is Sarpanch, is that the provisions of the Statute are not being adhered to. She seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the official respondents to issue directions to respondents No.6 to 11 to attend the meetings. We have perused the order passed by the Single Bench. The Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 contains a complete procedure to deal with the said situations. In fact the relevant provisions thereof have been reproduced by the Single Bench in its order as well. Under the circumstances, we find no ground to interfere in the appellate jurisdiction. Dismissed.
