(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for seeking transfer of investigation in FIR No. 0178 dated 20.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 354, 354-C, 499 IPC and Section 67 of the I.T. Act at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala to Bureau of Investigation, Punjab.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned. Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
