**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 55 dated 21.5.2017, registered under Sections 307, 341, 427, 506, 148, 149, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga. Vide order dated 18.9.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 18.9.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that in the present case, compromise has been effected and the complainant Buta Singh has tendered his affidavit dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-2).
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurpal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required GURPREET SINGH 2020.02.04 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 18.9.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
