(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Jagdish, in complaint No. DR 10 of 2017/18 dated 03.01.2018 under Section 9 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1975 titled as "State Vs. Jagidish". On instructions from, ASI Rameshwar Dass, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
