**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 116 dated 21.7.2018 registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangur under Sections 354-D, 509 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2018 and challan has been presented and the complainant and the prosecutrix have been examined and the allegations against the petitioner are of stalking. The counsel further submits that no medical record had been produced before the Court below to show that the victim was admitted in any hospital and a story had been concocted. The complainant and the prosecutrix have been examined therefore question of tampering would not arise. The trial will take time.
