(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition along with the required documents including the report filed by Nahan Police, Himachal Pradesh under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in respect of the death of son of the petitioner, namely, Ashish Bhatia @ Milky.
