Sunil Kumar And ANR v. State Of Haryana & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-48213-2017 Date of decision: 15.12.2017 Sunil Kumar and another ..... Petitioners
Versus
State of Haryana and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: Mr. Ashok K. Sharma (Bhana), Advocate for the petitioners. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.
Heard.
Perusal of representation dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioners to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Jind, shows that there is no threat perception to them. Rather petitioner No. 2-Jyoti, has simply mentioned that in case, any complaint is moved against them by their family members, the same shall not be entertained. Considering this aspect of the matter, the instant petition being completely devoid of any merit is dismissed.
