  This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 29.11.2022 whereby the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed.

At the outset, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that since the petitioner has expired, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
