On 16.02.2023 the following order was passed : "The present revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 23.04.2019 whereby the petitioner was directed to produce the minor child in Court on 20.05.2019. On 21.05.2019, notice of motion was issued in the present petition and till the next date of hearing, production of child in the Court was directed to be not insisted upon. Thereafter, the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the parties. On 18.08.2022 the following order was passed :

"Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that since the matter relates to the custody of the child, there is urgency in the matter.

List on 13.09.2022.

To be shown in the urgent list."

"On 13.09.2022 the parties were directed to remain present in Court along with the minor child.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite informing the petitioner, she has not come present in Court.

One last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to come present in Court along with the minor child on 19.10.2022."

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is unable to contact the petitioner.

In view thereof, let notice of the petition be issued to the petitioner, returnable 20.03.2023."

The petitioner stands duly served. However, even today the petitioner has not appeared in Court. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he has been instructed to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
