As per allegations, non-applicant co-accused ANM Suman Solanki used to conduct illegal MTP on desirous pregnant ladies and petitioner is alleged to be a conduit between said ANM Suman Solanki and such ladies carrying pregnancy, who used to receive huge commission as a go between the two.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
