*** By filing of this petition, petitioner-complainant Seeto Devi seeks setting aside of order dated 26.2.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar vide which oral submissions made under Section 311 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner has been partly allowed.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to remedy of moving an application in the trial Court for permission to examine official from the office which had issued the Scheduled Caste certificate and that application be considered sympathetically by the trial Court and then trial may proceed further. The application be filed within 15 days from the date of receipt of order in the trial Court and it be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereof. A copy of this be sent to the trial Court.
