ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.36 dated 24.03.2019 registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 379, 34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar Rural.

The operative part of the order dated 30.05.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injuries No.1 & 2, which are attributed to the petitioner, were declared simple in nature.

Learned State counsel has referred to opinion of the doctor, which is obtained by the Investigating Officer on 28.05.2019, wherein it is stated that "After going the MLR, X-ray report and X-ray films, the opinion regarding nature of injuries and bed head ticket brought by the Investigating Officer, I am of the opinion that injuries No.1 MOHD YAKUB 2019.07.30 12:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M No.22596 of 2019 & 2 are simple in nature".

List again on 30.07.2019...."

ASI Nirmal Singh, submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 30.05.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.05.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
