Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for declaring the inaction and omission of respondents No.1 to 3 in failing to register an FIR against respondent No.4 on the basis of complaint dated 29.08.2017 (P-3) submitted by the petitioner. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
