This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 625 dated 21.11.2017 under sections 114, 323, 279, 337, 427, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Gohana. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 16, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 16, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
