(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely; (i) Veerpal Singh, (ii) Satnam Singh, (iii) Ajaib Singh, (iv) Chand Singh, (v) Gurpreet Singh, (vi) Jaswant Singh, (vii) Gurbachan Singh @ Banta Singh, (viii) Jaswinder Singh and (ix) Sukhvir Singh, in FIR No. 02 dated 03.01.2015 registered under Sections 353/506/186/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of 9 petitioners, 8 have already been arrested and granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the instant petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
