***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Hisar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching the policy by which the petitioners raise their claim for conferment of proprietary rights. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
