ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.280 dated 16.10.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.
The operative part of the order dated 02.11.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in fact, it is a dispute arising out of an agreement to sell in which certain amount was paid by one Baljeet Singh in favour of the husband of the complainant namely Jora Singh. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not concerned with the said agreement and the only allegation against him is that he has taken some amount for procuring loan for the father of the complainant. Notice of motion for 06.02.2019...."

CRM-M No.49177 of 2018 Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
