 MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.13 dated 08.02.2023 for the offences under Sections 379-B, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Jodhewal, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 01.06.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel inter alia contends that delay of three days in lodging of the FIR clearly shows that a false and fabricated case has been foisted upon the petitioner after due deliberation, more so, since it was a matter of record that there was a history of animosity between the complainant and co-accused Gautam, who was a friend of the petitioner."

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 01.06.2023, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency.

    In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 01.06.2023, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Needless to say, in case the petitioner misuses the concession of bail granted to him, the State would be at liberty to seek cancellation of the same.
