       This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the tender notices dated 07.07.2020 and 15.07.2020 issued by the respondents. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that with the efflux of time, the petition has rendered infructuous. It is also stated that some of the work has also been allotted to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to take up further proceedings, in case any cause of action survives or arises.
