PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) State Counsel submits that the trial already stands concluded as the prosecution has led whole of the evidence. However, in view of the fact that passing of the final order was stayed by this Court vide order dated 5th of February, 2018, the final order could not be passed. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner is not in position to dispute the aforesaid fact.

Resultantly, the present petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise all pleas available to him before the Trial Court in accordance with law.
