-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.101 dated 18.5.2022 registered under Sections 454, 380 IPC at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. The counsel further submits as per the complainant, the alleged theft took place in April, 2021 and it came to the notice of the complainant on 11.5.2021 but even thereafter the matter was reported to the police on 26.5.2021 and finally the GAURAV SOROT 2022.08.31 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-25760-2022 FIR was registered on 18.5.2022. The counsel further submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 7.6.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. State counsel on instructions ASI Wasu Dev has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and further submits that now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 7.6.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
