(ORAL) In pursuance of the order dated 18.12.2017, it was stated on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to repay the amount of `73 lakhs. Even on the last date of hearing i.e. 17.01.2018, a request was made on behalf of the petitioner for compliance of order dated 18.12.2017. Today, case called twice, but none is present on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this matter.

In view of the above factual position, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
