Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of compromise deed as also agreement to sell in support of his submissions that parties have amicably settled their dispute. The documents are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the complainant endorses the factum of compromise.

Perusal of paper book goes to show that in terms of order dated 13.05.2025, the concession of interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. Pursuant thereto, petitioner joined the investigation. In any case, parties have resolved the dispute as noted hereinabove. The concession of interim anticipatory bail granted in terms of order dated 13.05.2025 stands confirmed. It is made clear that in case, the petitioner does not abide by any of the terms and conditions of the compromise, complainant is at liberty to HAMANT 2026.03.19 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-22211-2025 challenge/assail the present order vide which the concession of anticipatory bail has been confirmed.

In view thereof, the present petition stands allowed, interim bail granted vide order dated 13.05.2025 is hereby confirmed, subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Further the petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when required in future by way of written notice for such purpose to be served by Investigating Officer of this case upon the petitioner; he will neither tamper with the evidence nor will influence the witnesses and nor will leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
