Versus
State of Punjab ..... Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: Ms. Sukhpreet Kaur, Advocate for the petitioners. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 218 dated 17.08.2012 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar City.
Heard.
This second petition for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed flouting the order dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure P-5) of this Court in the similar first petition of the petitioner, therefore, the same amounts to gross abuse of the process of law. The conduct of the petitioner is quite contemptuous also for not complying with the directions given to her in the aforesaid order Annexure P-5. She has acted cleverly by moving this second petition, just to play hide and seek with the Court. The petitioner seems to be ill-advised. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed with costs of `10,000/- to be deposited with the District Legal Services Authority, Jalandhar.
A copy of this order be sent to the Member Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jalandhar, for necessary action.
