JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of blanket bail to the petitioner in the complaint that has been filed by respondent No.4 at Police Station Nihalsingh Wala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is a dispute which has arisen in his matrimonial life with his wife-respondent No.4. It is contended that the marriage of respondent No.4 was solemnised on 10.03.2013 without any dowry. After a dispute arose between them a complaint has been filed against the petitioner. In fact, respondent No.4 is demanding transfer of land in her name. It is submitted that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 should investigate the matter before making an arrest. Reliance in this regard has been placed on a judgment rendered in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar, 2014(3) R.C.R. (Criminal) 527.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply four copies of the petition to the State counsel during the course of the day failing which no action is called for.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Since this petition has only been filed for compliance of the directions of the judgment rendered in Arnesh Kumar (supra), this petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to serve a prior notice of one week in case the petitioner is required by the police in the complaint filed by respondent No.4.
