Ms G.K.Mann, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Saurabh Khurana, DAG, Punjab, for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Suman Kumar, Punjab State Crime Police Station, Phase-4, Mohali has made statement that consequent upon the petitioner having joined the investigations and in the light of orders earlier passed by this Court on 5.11.2018 and 6.11.2018 they do not oppose the grant of bail. In the light of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 6.11.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
