This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for quashing impugned order dated 09.01.2017, Annexure P-6, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhajjar, allowing the complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and impugned judgment dated 07.10.2023, Annexure P-7, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, whereby appeal-172017, filed by the petitioner-husband, has been dismissed. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file an appropriate application in CRR-132-2024.
