(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.54 dated 17.03.2017 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have since been examined. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
