Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if representation (Annexur P-6) is directed to be decided by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh (respondent No.2) in a time-bound manner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law, within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
