**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition was filed by the petitioners for seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to safeguard their lives and liberty, which is in danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8. Petition is pending before this Court since August 2020.

On 21.08.2020, following order was passed:- "Notice of motion to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 at this stage.

Mr. B.S. Sewak, Addl. AG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State-respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for time to seek instructions as to whether the child of petitioner No.1 is studying and in which school.

Adjourned to 28.09.2020.

There was no representation from the petitioners side on 10.11.2020, 10.02.2021, 03.08.2021, 06.12.2021, and 25.03.2022. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This Court is left with no other option except to dispose of this petition for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
