R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 498 dated 25.06.2014 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bhiwani Sadar, District Bhiwani The petitioner fired shot towards complainant but it missed the target. The complainant suffered injuries by fall of his vehicle into ditches.

The complainant has since been examined. However, stage of the case is that application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to arraign some more persons as additional accused has been filed by the complainant which is still pending consideration. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2014 and it will take long time in conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
